The subscription details were easy to find, including the billing dates. Nice. I haven’t had any surprise charges so far, which I definitely appreciate. The only thing is I wish the cancel option was a little more obvious. Meh. Overall, it was a smooth experience.

I mostly bought this because I was kind of curious about how it smelled. It’s not terrible or anything, just a bit sweeter than I thought it would be, and it sort of fades quickly on me. My sister seemed to like it more than I did. Shipping was fine, no real issues there. I might try a different one sometime, but this particular scent wasn’t really my thing.

the packaging was disappointing. I ordered from naturylbyniykee.com, and the box showed up kind of crushed, with barely anything protecting the product inside.
It really felt like it was just tossed in there without much care. For the price, I expected it to arrive looking at least decent, but it didn’t, so I probably wouldn’t order again if this is how they ship things

In the end, I was happy with the order. Everything showed up exactly like it was supposed to—no missing items, no wrong sizes, and the package matched the confirmation email. That part was a relief. I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because the shipping updates were a little vague and could’ve been easier to follow, but as far as getting the right stuff, it was totally fine

My skin didn’t react badly or anything, so it’s not like it was a total disaster. I just didn’t really see much of a difference either. Overall, it felt like the formula was missing that extra level of care, at least for me, so I probably wouldn’t pick it up again.

I tried it once, i was disappointed. For the price, I really expected a lot better quality and overall experience. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from this site again, and at the very least, I’d expect an apology for how underwhelming it was.

I placed my order and got the confirmation email right away, so I thought everything was good. But after that, it was pretty much silence. The tracking link didn’t move for days, and when I finally emailed them, the reply came really late and still didn’t actually answer my question. I kept checking over and over because I didn’t want to risk losing my order or missing some important update. The product itself wasn’t really the problem, but the lack of communication made the whole thing way more stressful than it needed to be...

Maybe it’s perfectly legit, and I’d probably feel differently if there were more details or reviews available, but in this case I didn’t feel safe entering my card information.

I had to return something and it was just simple. No hassle at all, and I got my refund faster than I expected.

This stuff feels ridiculously greasy. The texture is sticky and weird, like it couldn’t decide what it was supposed to be. Disappointing
